HENKKA IS NO LONGER A PART OF STURM UND DRANG!!!!
This is awful. If it wasn’t on the official website, I wouldn’t have believed it. How can this happen? Who is responsible? I hope this is a bad joke.
Now I’m mad both of André and Henkka. First, André shouldn’t have made a statement on Henkka’s behalf. He can speak about the band’s point of view, but he crossed the line by just a little bit. But still, what was he supposed to do, when he’s the front man. Yeah, he had to give us an explanation about what’s going on and why things turned out like that, but he should have let Henkka say something. And if he did do that, then it’s worse for Henkka. As much as he doesn’t like attention, he could’ve given us his reasons, instead of doing nothing. We won’t be hearing from him anymore, you know. At least I wanted to see things how he sees them, because now I’m wondering…
He left (or the rest kicked him out…or both) because he didn’t have time? He wants to focus on his studies? He thinks this is a hobby? He wants to be normal?
If that’s true, then he really needs to think about this. Time serves you, not the other way around. And when you’re in a band at least as successful as SuD, you ought to make it your priority. Studies? They are important, I agree. Now, if my teacher hears me, I’m dead, but…he had a nice looking future with the band. What does he want? Besides Jeppe, Alex, Calle and André don’t look stupid to me, which means that they do have time for studies. It’s a whole different matter if Henkka wants to be a doctor or whatever. And you can’t think that a band that’s released 2 very successful albums is just a hobby. Everyone in Finland knows you (and even aboard), you’ve been touring for 3 years and there are loads of fans coming to see your gigs. This doesn’t sound like a hobby. And he knows it! So what is it that really happened? Life can be a bitch. But is he bitching out? I just can’t seem to understand why would he bail on this life? He plays more than awesome. More than anyone of his age, and yet he want’s to be…normal?
I wish I could get an explanation…I’m left with waiting. And my favorite band won’t be the same anymore. Shame. Band changes suck! :)))
